THE SECURITY SUPERVISOR
  • forwards and relays the safety directives to their assistants and officers
  • ensures compliance with the contractual obligations and safety rules in force
  • is responsible for the proper performance of service
  • is the privileged interlocutor for the event organiser, with whom they are in constant contact using the technical means at their disposal
  • organises and monitors the positioning of officers
  • supervises the on-duty and off-duty periods of officers
  • sets up the daily log
  • writes a final report of their assignment
THE SERGEANT
  • assists the security supervisor in all of their duties
  • acts as an interface between the security officers and the security supervisor
  • ensures proper coordination of the teams on site
  • is responsible for the proper execution of service
THE SECURITY OFFICER
  • exercises a preventative and deterrent surveillance
  • engages in responsible and assertive behaviour, all while remaining courteous
  • monitors and manages the flow of those incoming and outgoing
  • ensures the opening and closing of sites
  • provides people with protection, assistance and relief in the event of an exceptional incident or occurrence
  • takes precautionary measures in the event of an accident and establishes a security perimeter
  • alerts the relevant emergency services when the required response exceeds their prerogatives
  • operates under the authority of the security supervisor or the sergeant
THE FIRE SAFETY OFFICER
  • conducts safety rounds
  • performs inspections of fire safety and surveillance installations
  • ensures the maintenance and clearance of the exits
  • uses extinguishing agents suitable to the nature of the fire
  • acts as first aid in the event of fire and provides assistance to people
  • performs the first emergency steps before help arrives
  • alerts and meets the rescue services
  • organises and evacuates the public where there is risk of fire
THE SPOTTER
  • identifies, addresses and removes any malicious person admitted on site
  • watches all ticketing or badge traffic, detecting illegal resale
  • reinforces security at the entrances and exits where there is risk of tension associated with specific one-off situations
  • assists in flow management for zones deemed sensitive and activity-dense
  • supports, supervises and ensures, within the limits of their prerogatives, the security of a well- known personality
THE DOG HANDLER
  • ensures the protection of people and property at a designated geographical area or site
  • conducts monitoring and surveillance rounds
  • plays a deterrent and preventive role
  • possesses all of the skills specified in the regulations of their profession for assignments of support, protection and interception.
  • forms a genuine 'human-dog' team and knows how to optimise the dog's natural and acquired skills
  • Use of the dog is purely preventive and deterrent. In a situation of illegal intrusion and/or aggression, the dog's intervention is only carried out in strict compliance with the legislation on legitimate defence.
